{Economic Information Daily, 24th} Neusoft Rui Xin (09616) announced that today, the Company's consolidated affiliated entity, Guangdong College, entered into a supplementary agreement to the Guangdong College construction contract with Huayu Construction, whereby the consideration for the Guangdong College construction contract has been adjusted to a fixed total price of approximately RMB 106 million.
