{I-bank focus}UBS raises Link REIT (00823) to HKD38

[ET Net News Agency, 4 October 2024] UBS raised the target price for Link REIT (00823)
to HKD38 from HKD35.6 and maintained the "neutral" rating.
The research house said it has slightly revised DDM-based PT by 7%, mainly to reflect
3-9% higher FY25-27E DPU estimate driven by stronger-than-expected car park performance
and HK retail occupancy rate YTD. (rc)
