HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 23,119

[ET Net News Agency, 18 February 2025] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more
than 500 points, or 502 points to 23,118. The Hang Seng Index now rose 502 points, or 2.2%
to 23,118; with market turnover of 179.39b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose
205 points, or 2.5% to 8,529; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 184 points, or 3.4% to
5,683.
BABA-W (09988) now rose HK$5.9, or 4.8% to HK$128.1, with turnover of HK$13.77b;
XIAOMI-W (01810) rose HK$2.75, or 6.1% to HK$47.9, with turnover of HK$9.49b; TENCENT
(00700) rose HK$18.4, or 3.7% to HK$512, with turnover of HK$17.27b. (ed)
