HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 23,541

[ET Net News Agency, 26 February 2025] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more
than 500 points, or 504 points to 23,538. The Hang Seng Index now rose 506 points, or 2.2%
to 23,540; with market turnover of 60.61b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose
187 points, or 2.2% to 8,686; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 162 points, or 2.9% to
5,861.
BABA-W (09988) now rose HK$5.5, or 4.2% to HK$136.1, with turnover of HK$5.5b; MEITUAN-W
(03690) rose HK$5.9, or 3.7% to HK$164.5, with turnover of HK$1.9b; HSBC HOLDINGS (00005)
rose HK$2, or 2.3% to HK$89.1, with turnover of HK$542.81m. (ed)
